You've seen the advertisements claiming "10 lbs gained in 3 weeks!" Only to try the product and find yourself not only deeply disappointed, but also feeling like the biggest sucker this side of the tootsie roll factory. Yeah, me too. But my pain is your gain. Move over Daredevil. Scooch down a little Batman, for I announce myself as THE HUMAN GUINEA PIG. After scouring the money hungry fitness industry for promising supplements, I undertake the controlled experiment to deem the true value of said products.
