This workout is for those muscle addicts looking to develop a lean, tone, and trim look to their physique. This workout works best when done simultaneously with a strict low carbohydrate diet.

Is this a workout for girls? Yup, women will develop great curves in all the right places when this workout is strictly followed on a 5-6 day/week routine. Alternate between upper and lower body routines, being sure to include the "daily exercises" in each routine.
